Planning Consideration​

Studio20 Architects is dedicated to ensuring that all of our projects adhere to the relevant planning considerations in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council. For a recent project involving a Spa & Beauty Salon Change of Use, we worked closely with the local council to ensure that all necessary permits and approvals were obtained. Our team carefully reviewed the planning guidelines, including restrictions on exterior alterations and noise levels, to create a design that was both functional and compliant.​ ​

By following these planning considerations, we were able to successfully transform the space into a stunning and inviting spa while adhering to local regulations.

Despite our best intentions we ran into a rookie planning move, where we allowed scope creep to move us away (incrementally at first) from our approved planning design. Nadir was so polite and even worked with us after hours to understand our issue and offer solutions which ultimately saved us from a potentially costly mistake.
