This bungalow was located in a popular area of Worcester Park, which is in the Southwest part of London. The client wanted to make some changes to their home to make it more modern and comfortable. Since bungalows in Worcester Park are highly desired by developers, we saw an opportunity to increase the value of the property. The client’s initial request was to create new living spaces that suited their personal style and way of life. Our proposal included a single-story extension at the back of the house and a loft conversion, both with a high-end finish. Adding a loft conversion is a great way to create more living space, and it can usually be done under Permitted Development without needing to obtain planning permission. Our main goal for this project was to get planning permission for the single-story extension and loft conversion on the ground floor.​
