Introducing Stream

Stream offers a traditional look that is both classic and elegant, perfect for our clients who appreciate a timeless aesthetic. Our client has selected Stream Range as their preferred option. By extending the house just 3 meters towards the rear, an open plan kitchen, living, and dining area was created, seamlessly connecting to the garden.​

​This design is enhanced with a full glass bay window, an 8-meter long skylight and an L-shaped skylight at the open plan living, dining and kitchen area to maximise natural light flowing. In addition, the bi-folding door is a magnificent way to add character, charm and warmth to the space.

Despite our best intentions we ran into a rookie planning move, where we allowed scope creep to move us away (incrementally at first) from our approved planning design. Nadir was so polite and even worked with us after hours to understand our issue and offer solutions which ultimately saved us from a potentially costly mistake.
